Grandma Pam

Grandma Pam came for Aidan's baptism.  It was nice to see Grandma Pam for a couple of days.

Baptism Day

We are so proud of Aidan!  Grandma Pam, Grandma Leslie, Gordon and all of the Tollefson's from Frenchtown were able to be there for Aidan's special day.  Abby gave a talk on baptism and Grandma Pam spoke about the Holy Ghost.

Happy 8th Birthday Aidan!

It was a big birthday for Aidan so we partied over a few days.  Grandma Leslie came over after school on his birthday and and then he went Cub Scouts.  Then he had a friend party on Friday and Grandma Pam was there for that one.

Mom's first haircut

I decided I was going to try to cut the boys hair.  Anders was my first one.  I think I did ok. 

Preschool Field Trip

Anders is in preschool again this year.  They went on a field trip to the Wild Life Refuge in Stevensville.  They had to find birds and nests.  Anders is on the end being a little antisocial.

Cub Scout

Aidan is now a Cub Scout.  He loves being a Cub Scout.  They let Aidan come to cubbies a couple of weeks early.  He went from Bobcat to Wolf very quickly before he was even 8. 

Osprey Game

I don't claim to be a photographer.  These pictures aren't the best and it was dark.  We went to an Osprey game as a family.  It was SO much fun!  They had the best fireworks show and I can't wait until next year.

Primary Activity

We had a fun Primary activity this summer.  I thought it was cute that Seth was sitting with all the kids afterwards on the playground.

Happy Birthday Abby!

Abby is now in the double digits.  Her birthday fell on Sunday this year so she had a couple of her good pals over on Friday before her birthday and on her actual birthday we had dinner with Grandma Leslie and Gordon.

Seth was privileged to participate in Heleman's camp again this year and Aidan got to go with him. Aidan had the best time doing everything with all the big boys. 

Daddy Daughter Camp Out 2010

Abby and Daddy took off to the annual Daddy Daughter camp out and had a good time.  Abby always looks forward to her special camp out with Dad.  This is the last year it will just be Abby and Daddy.  I could hardly contain Sophie when they left.  I think she is now looking forward to her special camp out with Dad, too.

Park Day with Cousins

Family Camping at Lake Como

The Family went camping for the first time in a long time. Abby and Aidan were probably Anders and Sophie's age the last time we went as a family. Camping is not my favorite thing to do. It was really nice to go do something together though. We happened to pick a camping spot next to a family we knew, so we had a late night game of uno with them. That was fun! The kids had fun playing in the water and exploring. Everyone slept ok but me, I was up all night. I think I was laying on bed of rocks and I was freezing. I was up as soon as the sun was up. I got the fire going again. And once everyone was up we made breakfast and got all packed up and ready to go. We tried to start the car but the battery was dead. Luckily some other people came along early that wanted our camp spot so we got a jump from them.

Talent Show

Before school was out Abby and a couple of her good pals were in a talent show. They did a comedy skit. James was a little wild with the scissors but it was cute and funny. I'm proud of her for getting up in front of an audience and having a good time. It was so fast and I wasn't sitting in a very good place to get real good pictures.
